Visa Information:

International Participants typically require a visa to enter China. In general, a Tourist Visa (L Visa) is sufficient for attending the conference. A letter of invitation from the conference organizer is not required for a Tourist Visa application. However, if a Business Visa (F Visa) is mandatory, you will need an official Invitation Letter.

1. Passport: Original signed passport with at least six months of remaining validity and blank visa pages; a copy of the passport's data page, and of the photo page if it is separate.

2. Visa Application Form and Photo: A completed Visa Application Form with a physical photo attached. Photos must be printed on glossy photo paper and meet Official Chinese requirements.

3. Trave itinerary documents: including a round-trip flight booking records and a confirmed hotel reservation.
